SCHAS caregivers are a special blend of friendliness, compassion and trustworthiness who are ready to learn through our extensive onboarding and ready to impact the lives of others in meaningful ways.
We provide free professional development training and continuing education classes, including care for clients with specific health issues such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, dementia, diabetes, stroke and heart care. Advancing your skills puts you on a career ladder that includes pay increases.

Requirements
SCHAS caregivers are thoroughly screened and enjoy flexible schedules, paid training and travel time, ongoing training, growth opportunities and other benefits with competitive pay.
We’re looking for reliable, compassionate individuals who meet the following essential requirements:
- Age: 18 years or older.
- Screening: Able to pass a thorough background check and drug screening.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance and reliable personal transportation.
- Communication: Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English.
